Brad Taylor

Brad has 20+ years experience in the enterprise software, security, and networking industry as a senior executive in sales, marketing, business development, acquisitions, operations, and venture capital. He has built and managed multiple sales teams as a VP of Sales and assisted in two highly successful IPO’s with RSA Security (RSAS, now EMC) and ArcSight (ARST). In addition, he has helped several companies get up and running to successful sales and market positions as a VP of Worldwide Sales / Marketing / Business Development for companies including eIQnetworks, SOA Software, and AirTight Networks
John Humphreys
Chief Marketing Officer
John has 20+ years of experience defining and executing breakthrough marketing strategies for IT information solution providers. He has held multiple senior positions including VP of Marketing and Business Development at BRECIS Communications (acquired by PMC), and VP of Product Marketing at Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia). He also held management positions with Madge Networks, Ungermann-Bass, Ingres, and Hewlett Packard. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a focus on marketing.
Alex Tok Chee Keong
Managing Director, Asia
Alex has 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industry. His career spans across multiple positions from Engineering, Research and Development to Business Development in various companies including AT&T Singapore, Adaptec Asia, and Intel Technology Asia. Alex co-founded Telogic Pte Ltd, a successful Telecommunication IT company providing Telecom IT solutions to regional service providers such as M1 Singapore, AIS Thailand, Telkomsel Indonesia and Mobitel Cambodia. At Telogic, he was instrumental in building and managing the Software Development, System Engineering, Technical Presales and the Operations Support Team. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK where he graduated with First Class Honors.
Jeremy Vance
VP, Security Operations
Jeremy is an IT Management professional with over 20 years of experience designing and supporting IT systems for large companies. He previously was the Director, IT Infrastructure and Security for American Blue Ribbon Holdings, where he developed and managed the IT Security program and successfully led a $1M data center and network refresh project, and a Senior Solutions Architect for the managed service provider Synoptic. Jeremy studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds numerous certifications, including a CISSP (ISC2).
Jamal Rabbani
VP of Operations
Jamal is a high tech veteran with more than 20 years of experience working for Silicon Valley companies. He has held senior executive positions including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Logistics at Riverstone Networks/Cabletron and Vice President of Operations of iPolicy Networks, Inc. Jamal’s experience and education enable him to contribute to Proficio in a variety of roles including operations, finance, services, support, logistics and quality.
Raul Pulido
VP of Finance
Raul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. In addition to working at PWC and Deloitte, he has held the positions of US Controller at Nature Sweet, and Finance Manager at Brady Corporation. Raul hold a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
Michael McGrath
VP, Global Sales
Michael has more than 19 years of proven success building sales teams and growing technology companies. He joins Proficio from Blue Coat Systems (Perspecsys acquisition), where he led the Cloud Data Protection business across North America. He has also held sales leadership and business development roles with several start-up companies including Landmark Systems (LDMK), Micromuse (MUSE), Nimsoft and BMC Software.
Ken Adamson
VP of Product Management
Ken has more than 23 years of experience in IT management software, both as a customer and vendor. He was previously the Vice President, Product Management for the Infrastructure Management Business Unit at CA Technologies and a Data Center Director for Solectron and Amdahl. He has held pivotal roles in pre-sales and product management positions at IT management software companies that were successfully acquired including ProactiveNet (acquired by BMC), Quallaby (acquired by Micromuse), SMARTS (acquired by EMC) and Nimsoft (acquired by CA Technologies).
